You can borrow up to 6 items for the LRC:
Books (non-fiction)Can be borrowed for up to 2 weeks |
Books (fiction)Can be borrowed for up to 3 weeks |
DVDsCan be borrowed for 2 weeks (TV series) or 1 week (movies) |
Journals and periodicalsBack issues can be borrwed for up to 2 weeks |
CDsThe LRC at WISE has a number of CDs that can be borrowed for up to 1 week |
All items loaned out will be stamped with a return date.
If you would like to keep an item for longer, then you can renew the item a maximum of three times. Contact us by phone or email, or come into the LRC and speak to an advisor to make a renewal.
If you keep an item longer than the designated return date without renewing then a fine of 10p per day per item will be charged. We will not fine you more than £1.00 per item but your computer account may be locked until you return the item. If you lose an item that you have loaned from the LRC then we will ask you to pay for a replacement.
