SGS students and staff members can reserve items and collect them from any college site. In most cases the items will be delivered within one week either of our notification or of the day the items are returned.
Please reserve items online from anywhere inside or outside the college: firstly, search for an item using the search box located in the top right-hand corner of the LRC homepage.
On a device within the college, you are automatically logged into your account. On a device outside the college, you are asked to enter your username and password for the search engine.
Members of staff need to email Ryan Gajda, who will enable them to log-in outside college. Ryan’s email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you have logged into your account, click on a title or cover image to select an item from the list of search results.
In the Detailed tab, click on the Reserve icon, which is located below the cover image.
Check a box on the right-hand side of the window, indicating the site at which you wish to collect the item.
The next page confirms your reservation.
LRC staff then manage your reservation in a timely manner, and you are notified (via text message or email) when the item is ready for collection.
